SALON POLICIES

Cancellations

We understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we kindly ask you to give us a 24 hour notice prior to canceling your appointment. This helps our stylists fill the time slot for another guest if you are not able to make your appointment. We will not charge our clients for a missed appointment unless it continues to be an issue.

We also ask you to be on time for your scheduled appointment. It is very important for our stylists to know if you will be running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Service Adjustments

At Studio 4, we strive to provide the highest level of color and service to our guests. As stylists we will be honest when understanding the end goal of every color service. If you wish to have a service adjustment, please contact the salon asap. We have a 5 day window for any adjustments. Past the 5 days of your original service we charge full price. . We do not offer refunds, but do do our best to make sure your goal is met.

Allegeries

If you have any known allergy to color, or a certain product line please let your stylist know. We want to do our best to keep each guest comfortable during their service.

Safety

For the safety of our guests and stylists we ask you to kindly sit in the waiting area until your service.

We do not allow animals in our salon, unless they are a service pet . This keep everyone feeling comfortable during their service.

The Color

When coming to the salon for a color service we ask that you do not wear expensive clothing or jewelry or anything of importance. Our Stylists do their best to protect clothing from color splashing. We will have color robes to change into to protect your clothing , but it is not guaranteed .
